Common questions.

Can I use an official military or government unit insignia? +
Yes — you're responsible for ensuring you have authorization to use the insignia. By submitting, you attest that you have the rights to use the image. We don't verify trademark ownership, but we do require the attestation.
What file formats do you accept? +
PNG or SVG with a transparent background. Minimum 500×500px at 300 DPI recommended for print quality. File size limit: 10MB.
What's the lead time? +
Proof delivered within 2 business days of order. Production and shipping: 14 days after you approve the proof. We don't start roasting until you approve — no costly mistakes.
Can I pay with a purchase order? +
Yes. If your POC email is a verified .gov or .mil address, you can request a Net-15 invoice. A PO-ready quote PDF will be emailed to you within 1 business day.
How does reordering work? +
Your label is saved on file. Sixty days after delivery we'll email your POC a one-click reorder link — same label, same roast, just update the quantity.
Is there a minimum order? +
24 bags minimum. No maximum — contact us for pallet pricing on 192+ bags.
What if I'm not happy with the proof? +
Click "request changes" on the proof approval page and describe what you need. We'll revise and resend. We don't roast until you're satisfied.
