Submit the form below. Cal reviews it personally within 1–2 business days. Approved accounts get a portal login link by email. You place your first order from there.
What's the minimum order?
6 bags on the first order. After that, order what you need — the tier is set by your volume, and we don't enforce a strict MOQ on reorders.
How fresh is the coffee?
Roasted within 48 hours of your order. No pre-roasted stock sitting in a warehouse. We roast Monday through Wednesday and ship the same day.
Can I mix roasts in an order?
Yes. All four signature roasts are available. Mix freely — one bag minimum per roast per order.
What payment options are available?
Card checkout available to all tiers. Company tier (24+ bags) qualifies for NET 30 invoicing after the first paid order.
We're veteran-owned. Does that help?
Yes. Veteran-owned businesses get priority review and are auto-escalated to the Platoon tier on approval regardless of opening volume.
Can I set up recurring shipments?
Yes — once approved, you can configure a standing order (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks) from your portal dashboard. Pause or cancel anytime, no penalty.
