How do I manage my subscription?
You get a magic link by email after signup. Use it to access your account portal: change grind/roast, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel — no password required.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes. Log into your account portal before your next billing date and skip the upcoming shipment. No charge for skips.
How do I pause my subscription?
Log in and pause for 1–12 weeks. We won't charge you during the pause. Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause period.
Can I use my Battle Buddy referral code?
Yes — enter your referral code at checkout. The referral credit applies to your first invoice. Battle Buddy credits also apply to Daily Ration subscriptions.
Do gift cards work on subscriptions?
No. Gift card balances apply to one-time orders only, not recurring subscriptions. This keeps billing clean and predictable.
What is the Roaster's Rotation?
We rotate through our single-origin micro-lots each cycle. You get whatever we're most excited about roasting that week. It will always be within the same roast profile you'd expect from us.
