Questions, Answered

What does "price locked 12 months" mean?
The per-bag price you subscribe at is frozen for 12 months. If we raise retail prices in that window, your subscription price doesn't move. After 12 months, it renews at the current subscriber rate (still 10% off whatever retail is at that time).
How do the 2× Battle Rhythm points work?
Every shipment earns double the points you'd earn on a one-time order. Points stack toward rewards — free bags, free shipping, and at 2,500 points, access to the member-only limited roast. See the Battle Rhythm program for the full tier breakdown.
Can I swap my roast before a shipment?
Yes — log in to your subscription portal and swap any time up to midnight before your billing date. You'll get a 3-day heads-up email every cycle as a reminder.
How does "roasted on my day" work?
We roast on a fixed weekly schedule. When your billing date hits, we batch your order into the nearest upcoming roast day and ship that week. Check the roast calendar to see the schedule and how fresh your last bag was.
Can I skip or pause?
Yes. Skip a single cycle with one click — no charge, subscription resumes automatically. Pause for up to 90 days if you're deployed, traveling, or just stocked. From your account, no phone calls.
How do I cancel?
From your account page — no dark patterns. Click Manage → Cancel. You keep your current cycle, no additional charges. Before you cancel we'll offer you a 25% save discount for 3 cycles. You can decline it in one click.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to all deployed troops. Enter your APO/FPO/DPO address at checkout. Delivery is longer than CONUS but we've got you — coffee that's been on the drum this week still beats anything at the DFAC.
