When do I get my $10?
After your recruit's order ships and 14 days have elapsed. We hold the credit until the refund window closes — that's it. We email you the moment it posts.
Does my $10 expire?
Never. Store credit stacks up and applies automatically at your next checkout, oldest credit first. Check your balance anytime from the referral dashboard.
My buddy forgot to use my link. Can I still get credit?
If they clicked your link within 90 days of placing their order, the cookie picks it up automatically — no manual entry needed. If they never clicked it at all, we can't back-apply credit retroactively.
Can I refer myself or family at the same address?
No. Same payment method or shipping address gets flagged and held for review. Fair play only — the program is built on real community, not exploit farming.
Is there a cap on referrals?
25 credited referrals per calendar year. That's $250 in free coffee. If you hit the cap, you've earned it.
Do I need to have ordered before I can refer?
