Three tours, two continents, one obsession with a consistent cup. After separating, Marcus turned the same operational mindset — prep, execute, evaluate — onto green coffee sourcing and drum roasting. Every batch at Foxhole is hand-profiled against the same criteria: moisture drop curve, development time percentage, and first crack timing. There's no algorithm. There's a roaster who knows what bad coffee does to a unit and refuses to let that happen to the customers.
