Standing Orders

When does my card get charged? +

First charge hits immediately when you subscribe. After that, you're billed on your chosen cadence — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks, monthly, or every 8 weeks. You'll get an email 48 hours before each charge so you can skip or swap if needed.

Can I really cancel anytime? +

Yes. Log in to your account at /account/standing-order and cancel in under a minute. No phone calls, no forms, no guilt trips. You're not stuck. We don't make it hard to leave because we're confident you'll stay.

What if I want to change my roast? +

Swap anytime in your account dashboard. Pick a different roast, a different size, or a different grind. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can also set it to Rotation and we'll select based on what's freshest.

What does "Roasted the day it ships" actually mean? +

Every subscription bag is roasted within 24 hours of your ship date — not pulled from warehouse inventory. We batch the roast queue around subscription billing dates so nothing sits. Your confirmation email includes the exact roast date stamp.

What is the Founding Member price lock? +

The first 100 subscribers lock in today's price permanently. If we raise prices for new subscribers, your rate never changes. It's a thank-you to early members who believed in the program before it had a track record.
